1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyerEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. BuyerEdge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

BuyerEdge provides AI-powered analysis of financial documents for business acquisition due diligence. The platform generates reports based on uploaded documents to help users evaluate potential business purchases.

3. Not Financial Advice

BuyerEdge provides analysis assistance only. The reports, scores, and insights generated by BuyerEdge do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. BuyerEdge is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or accounting firm.

You should always verify the findings in any BuyerEdge report with qualified professionals, including but not limited to accountants, financial advisors, and attorneys, before making any business acquisition decisions.

BuyerEdge makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions. You use BuyerEdge at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BuyerEdge for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized financial documents.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from BuyerEdge.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense BuyerEdge reports without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

5. Payment Terms

BuyerEdge operates on a one-time payment model. Each analysis report requires a single payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewal fees.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and AI-generated analysis, refunds are not provided once a report has been generated. If a report cannot be generated due to a technical error on our end, BuyerEdge will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

The BuyerEdge platform, including its design, code, branding, and analysis methodology, is the intellectual property of BuyerEdge. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. Analysis reports generated for you are licensed for your personal and business use. BuyerEdge retains no ownership claims over your uploaded documents.

7. Account Termination

BuyerEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

In no event shall the total liability of BuyerEdge exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BuyerEdge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BuyerEdge does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. BuyerEdge does not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated analysis.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BuyerEdge shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
